Within the work itself, three tee-pees are among the elements, which represents Brought Plenty's home and culture. Triangles are incorporated for her daughter, Neilofar, as the strongest shape, a sturdy shape. In Lakota symbolism, inverted triangles connected represent the powerful connection between the Sun and the Earth. In this piece, the triangles are separated. A seedling sprouts from an inverted tee-pee signifying growth.
The design is inspired in part by a work by Theresa Lillian.
